You can now pay your orders with PayPal, from the order page or straight from the cart with the quick payment, without typing your address again.
In a section such as Accessories or Pokémon, the filters now offer only the categories, brands and languages found there, and a text search looks inside that section. “Search the whole shop” widens it to everything.
The news page has a new look: lighter cards with our mascots, clearer dates and topics, and articles laid out for comfortable reading, with the reading time and more news at the end.
Every news article is now published in English, French, German and Spanish too, and each language is updated whenever the article changes.
PokeShop.it opens its doors: sealed trading card games, accessories and the Fan Zone, all in one place. Read the first two news articles to find out who we are, what you'll find and what's coming next.
Many products that only had a short title now come with a full description: what is in the box, materials, sizes and the details that help you choose.
Every product card now shows the language flag in the top-left corner and the heart for your wishlist in the top-right one. New arrivals wear a ribbon, pre-orders, epic finds and must-haves get their own badge, and the short description opens the product when you tap it.
When you browse or search a single game, the results now open with its banner and official logo, just like on the home page. Other listings, such as accessories, get a soft background with drifting Poké Balls in a new colour every time.
Many more products in the catalogue can now be bought straight away, and their availability updates by itself whenever stock changes.
Every product now shows its language with a small flag, the same ones as the language selector, and it displays correctly on every device. Accessories and Fan Zone now have their own place in the top menu, right after Catalogue.
“Choose your universe” on the home page is now a scrolling row with every game, from Pokémon to Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, Naruto and Gundam, plus the Fan Zone. It pauses when you point at it, you can swipe it on your phone and every logo takes you to its products.
Search now copes with typos, missing accents and different words: “busta” finds boosters, “ETB” finds Elite Trainer Boxes and an EAN code shows its product first. When nothing matches, you get suggestions, our best sellers and a quick way to ask us.
Orders with products worth €450 or more, after discounts and coupons, now ship for free with every shipping method. Your cart shows how much is left to get there.
Every page now shows where you are, from the catalogue and each category down to news and your account. On a phone the path fits on one line and always shows the page you are on.
Sort any list by best sellers, and show only available or unavailable products. What you can buy or pre-order right now always comes first, the rest at the end.
The path at the top of a product page now shows every category it belongs to, so you can jump straight back to the one you want.
Product pages now show a tidy details table with language, condition, weight, size and other useful facts, only when we actually have them.
The top of the home page now shows the logos of Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball and Naruto too, and the footer links every game and the Fan Zone.
A new row of logos on the home page takes you straight to the products of your favourite brands, from card game publishers to sleeves, cases and Funko Pop.
Four new card games join the catalogue, and Yu-Gi-Oh! also gets its own row on the home page. The new Fan Zone gathers Funko Pop, plush, keychains, apparel and gadgets from the worlds you love, and stock now reads "10+ available" from ten pieces up.
Product photos load faster and look crisp on every screen. Tap a photo to see it full screen, then swipe or use the arrows to browse the others.
The Shipping and returns page now shows the carriers your parcels travel with: GLS, SDA and BRT. For a return, just let us know: we send you the return address and arrange the details with you.
The News page is back with stories from the shop: new arrivals, events and tips, each with its own little mascot. Five articles per page, newest first, with pictures and comfortable reading, in your language when available.
Every product page now has an address with the product code and name, easy to read and share. Links you saved or received earlier keep working and take you straight to the right page.
The red bar at the top of the shop now brings news, new arrivals and offers. Longer messages glide by like a news ticker and stop while you point at them.
From the cart, one tap takes you to PayPal: your address arrives by itself, you check the order, add a phone number and pay. Already ordered as a guest? Once your email is confirmed, add those orders to your account in one click.
Checking out is quicker: enter your email and address and pay, no sign-up. You then get a confirmation page with the estimated delivery and an email with the link to reopen your order anywhere. Even without an account you can find it again, ask for help or withdraw online, or create an account in the same step.
Subscribe to the newsletter and confirm your email: a second email brings you a discount code for your first order. A small welcome gift from us.
Left something in your cart: if you agreed to receive our offers, we send you just one reminder after a day. Complete the order within 24 hours and your next order gets 5% off.
Enter your discount code at checkout: the saving appears right away in your total and on your receipt.
This page tells you, in a few friendly lines, what's new in the shop. You'll find it in the footer and in your account menu.
Your collector benefits page shows your tier, how far you are from the next one and your purchases over the last twelve months. The new Loyal Deals page in the menu explains the programme to everyone, and the tiers you reach stay yours.
The cookie banner gives “Accept all” and “Reject all” the same weight, and you can choose category by category. Change your mind anytime from the footer or the small button at the bottom left.
On large monitors the shop uses the whole width and shows more products per row. The footer always sits at the bottom, even on short pages.
The Pokémon, Magic, Riftbound and One Piece shelves now sit on backdrops from their own worlds. A new Accessories carousel glides gently and stops as soon as you hover over it or press pause.
Active sessions are now easy-to-read cards with no sideways scrolling, and the company invoice fields only appear when you ask for an invoice. Preferences are grouped into sections you open when you need them.
In the Account Security Center you can see the devices signed in to your account and sign out the ones you don't recognise. Two-factor authentication and email changes confirmed on the new address complete the picture.
Profile, orders, wishlist, notifications, saved shipping and billing details and preferences each have their own page, with one menu always in view. It works just as well on a phone.
Download the receipt of every order as a PDF from your account, or the pro-forma invoice when you asked for one. They stay there, ready whenever you need them.
Your support requests are now conversations: open a ticket, reply in the thread and spot new answers thanks to the unread badge. Tabs keep open and closed requests apart.
Once your order ships, you find the carrier and the tracking link right in your orders. One tap and you see where your parcel is.
Product cards and the order summary no longer spill over the edge of the screen on small phones. Prices stay right where you expect them.
